目的探讨正常高值血压人群颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)与同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的关系。方法 2014年1月至2014年10月期间,在丰润区人民医院就诊的门诊患者中选择符合要求的正常高值血压者和正常血压者各120例,采用超声测量两组人群CIMT,采用t检验比较两组人群CIMT和HCY水平,采用Pearson相关分析CIMT和HCY之间的关系,采用多元线性回归方法分析影响CIMT的可能因素。结果正常高值血压组CIMT值(0.85±0.17 mm)和HCY水平(13.5±4.6μmol/L)明显高于正常血压组(0.68±0.12 mm,8.6±3.7μmol/L),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,CIMT与HCY之间呈正相关(r=0.462,P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,在校正其他影响因素后,HCY仍是CIMT的主要影响因素(β=0.307,P<0.05)。结论正常高值血压人群CIMT增厚、HCY水平升高,且CIMT与HCY水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) and homocysteine (HCY) in people with normal high blood pressure. Methods From January 2014 to October 2014, 120 outpatients with normal high blood pressure and normal blood pressure were selected from outpatients treated in Fengrun District People’s Hospital. The CIMT of two groups were measured by ultrasound and the t test CIMT and HCY levels were compared between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between CIMT and HCY. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the possible factors influencing CIMT. Results The CIMT values (0.85 ± 0.17 mm) and HCY levels (13.5 ± 4.6 μmol / L) in normal high blood pressure group were significantly higher than those in normal blood pressure group (0.68 ± 0.12 mm, 8.6 ± 3.7μmol / L) Significance (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CIMT and HCY (r = 0.462, P <0.05). Multiple linear regression results showed that HCY remained the main influential factor of CIMT (β = 0.307, P <0.05) after adjusting for other influencing factors. Conclusions CIMT is thicker and the level of HCY is higher in normal high blood pressure group, and there is a positive correlation between CIMT and HCY level.
