量化管理的唯科学论显现了量化管理在科研评价方面的局限性,但几年来公安院校依然以科研量化作为科研评价的主要方式,致使科研管理问题频出,本应严谨务实的学术研究出现了投机取巧、急功近利的不正常现象,量化标准取代了学术的实际价值,这些看似严谨的量化标准成了少数人获取名利的阶石。针对这些现象,有必要分析问题的根源,挖掘问题的症结,引导人们在实践中找出解决问题的方法与策略。
