依据航空发动机主燃烧室结构及RR等国外发动机公司的研制经验,阐述了航空发动机主燃烧室试验器应当采用的合理布局。结合各类主燃烧室试验器的结构,以测量燃烧室出口温度场为目的,介绍了4种可用于燃烧室试验器温度场测量的技术,同时给出了1种燃气分析燃烧温度通用计算方法。对4种高温测试技术在不同类型燃烧试验器上的应用特点进行了比较。指出燃气分析方法测量燃烧室出口温度场具有可测量高温、数据精度高、高压环境性能可靠、在使用寿命周期内成本低的优势,是目前温度场测试的首选。
According to the structure of the main combustion chamber of aeroengine and the research experience of foreign engine companies such as RR, the reasonable layout that should be adopted by the main combustion chamber tester of aeroengine is expounded. Combining with the structure of all kinds of main combustion chamber tester and measuring the temperature field at the outlet of the combustion chamber, four kinds of techniques are introduced to measure the temperature field of the combustion chamber tester. At the same time, a general calculation method of gas combustion temperature is given . The application characteristics of four kinds of high temperature test technologies on different types of combustion testers were compared. It is pointed out that the gas analysis method has the advantages of measurable high temperature, high data accuracy, reliable performance in high pressure environment and low cost in the service life cycle. It is the first choice of temperature field test.
