细菌性痢疾(以下简称菌痢)合并败血症者甚少,一旦发生就会影响预后.我院曾收治4例菌痢并发败血症的婴幼儿,现报告如下. 一、临床资料 4例中,男3例、女1例;年龄最小48天,最大19个月;Ⅲ°营养不良2例,Ⅱ°营养不良2例.均以发热、腹泻粘液脓血便伴里急后重为主要症状,大便检查脓细胞均在+++以上、红细胞++以上,培养均有福氏痢疾杆菌生长.药敏试验结果:庆大霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素高度敏感;SM Zco、氨卡青霉
