采用饥饿＋心得安＋高分子右旋糖酐造成家兔“气虚血瘀”模型，观察二个不同黄芪剂量的补阳还五汤配方对该模型全血粘度的影响，结果发现重用黄芪的配方“祛瘀”效果明显优于不重用黄芪的配方，为中医方剂“补气活血，气旺以促血行”的配伍理论提供了现代药理学依据，同时也对“气虚血瘀”的病理模型进行了一些探索。
