邓小平的南巡谈话将中国的改革开放推进到一个新的阶段,中共十四大和中国八届人大以邓小平的思想为指针,正式确定了中国从传统的计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变的改革目标和基本方略。然而,如何实现这个目标并非易事。为此,笔者访问了中国著名经济专家、国务院发展研究中心主任孙尚清教授。孙先生认为,当前中国社会主义市场经济建设最重要的、也是最基础的工作之一,应该是抓改革的基础软件开发。

For this reason, the author visited Professor Sun Shangqing, a famous Chinese economy expert and director of the State Council Development Research Center. Mr. Sun believes that one of the most important and most fundamental tasks in the current socialist market economy in China should be to tap the basic software development for reform.
