对比研究了碳化铬/Ni3Al复合材料和传统高温耐磨材料Stellite 6合金和T800合金的室温耐微动磨损性能。结果表明,碳化铬/Ni3Al复合材料具有优异的耐微动磨损性能,与GCr15对磨时,其室温相对耐磨性分别是Stellite 6和T800合金的5.5倍和2.6倍。通过分析微动磨损机制认为,碳化铬/Ni3Al复合材料优良的耐微动磨损性能可以归因于材料优良的耐磨粒磨损性能、均匀的碳化铬颗粒分布、合理的碳化物增强相尺寸搭配和Ni3Al合金基体优良的力学性能。
The fretting wear resistance of chromium carbide / Ni3Al composites and conventional high temperature wear resistant materials, Stellite 6 and T800, were compared. The results show that the chromium carbide / Ni3Al composite has excellent fretting wear resistance, and the relative wear resistance at room temperature of GCr15 is 5.5 and 2.6 times that of Stellite 6 and T800 alloy, respectively. By analyzing the mechanism of fretting wear, the excellent fretting wear resistance of chromium carbide / Ni3Al composites can be attributed to the excellent abrasive wear resistance of the material, the uniform distribution of chromium carbide particles, the reasonable size matching of carbide strengthening phase, Ni3Al alloy matrix excellent mechanical properties.
