疫苗食品是指一种生产、接种、储运简便、价格低廉的疫苗传输系统。本文在介绍疫苗食品的研制现状的基础上,探讨疫苗食品研发与应用的新进展,并在当前疫苗食品以转基因植物为主流途径的基础上,提出以益生菌为载体,开发疫苗食品的新途径。 Vaccine food is a production, vaccination, storage and transportation simple, low-cost vaccine delivery system. Based on the introduction of the research and development status of the vaccine food, this article explores the new development of the vaccine food research and application. On the basis of the current mainstream approach of the vaccine food to the transgenic plant, this paper proposes a new way to develop the vaccine food with probiotics as the carrier .
