At the 8th International Conference on Radiation Research, studies on radiation hematopoiesis and immune effects were concentrated in Group E (In vivo radiobiology), but also scattered in other groups and in certain conference reports and symposia. Papers directly related to radiation hematology and radiation immunology, including two methods of reading and wall posters, totaled 61, accounting for about 5.3% of all papers. These data mainly relate to the effect of ionizing radiation on the function and structure of hematopoietic tissues and lymphocytes. The main candidates are summarized in the following three aspects. First, hematopoietic radiation injury and recovery on the characteristics of hematopoietic recovery after acute and chronic radiation injury, there have been many studies.
