国有企业预算管理一直是国有企业管理的重要一环,目前,国有企业预算管理取得了巨大进步,积累了很多的发展经验。目前,我国国有企业预算管理尚存在很多问题,其中,预算编制和管理流程等存在一些问题,根据国有企业预算管理具体特点,探讨预算改革解决方案,进而让社会主义国有企业体现必要意义,为国有企业预算管理的改革提供一定的参考。
