将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株(CNE-2Z-H5)移植于裸鼠皮下,待裸鼠发生转移时,取其淋巴结和(或)肺转移灶癌细胞再次移植裸鼠皮下传代,如此用转移灶癌细胞重复传2-4代后,观察各代裸鼠的转移率和转移途径;同时观察各代癌细胞生长曲线、增殖指数及移植瘤瘤重和体积倍增时间的变化。结果显示:随着鼻咽癌转移灶癌细胞裸鼠体内的演进,各代裸鼠的转移率增高,且转移途径更为单一;各代癌细胞的增殖能力不断增强。提示:鼻咽癌细胞在裸鼠体内演进中转移能力和增殖能力均不断增强,且二者关系密切。
