将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株CNE-2Z-H5移植于裸鼠,待裸鼠发生转移后,取其淋巴结和肺转移灶癌细胞再次移植裸鼠,如此重复2~4个循环后,观察每代裸鼠的转移特性及鼻咽癌细胞转化生长因子α(TGFα)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、血小板源性生长因子受体(PDGFR)的表达。结果表明:随着鼻咽癌单克隆细胞的演进,每代裸鼠的转移率增高,转移途径更为单一;肿瘤细胞生长因子及受体的表达亦增强。提示:鼻咽癌细胞演进中转移能力和增殖能力关系密切,且可能和癌细胞某些生长因子及受体的表达增强有关。
The nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z-H5 was transplanted in nude mice. After the metastasis of nude mice, the nude mice were transplanted again in the lymph nodes and lung metastases. After repeating 2 ~ 4 cycles, On the metastatic characteristics of the nude mice and the expression of transforming growth factor-α (TGFα), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. The results showed that with the evolution of nasopharyngeal carcinoma monoclonal cells, the metastasis rate of each generation of nude mice increased, and the metastatic pathway was more single. The expression of tumor cell growth factor and its receptor was also enhanced. It is suggested that the metastatic capacity and proliferation ability of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells are closely related to the evolution of certain growth factors and receptors of cancer cells.
