我们培养的人才,要适应四化建设和未来的需要,必须是创造型和开拓型的人才。开辟第二课堂,是培养学生能力、促进其智力发展的一种行之有效的方法。八四年四月份,我校负责人参加了地区组织的参观团,前往无锡、上海、杭州等地参观学习,归来后,及时召开校务会议,汇报参观学习情况及体会。会后不久,学校便成立了第二课堂领导小组,负责组织全校开展第二课堂的工作。一年来,我校在开辟第二课堂方面进行了一点探索,具体做法是:

Opening up the second classroom is an effective way to cultivate students’ abilities and promote their intellectual development. In April 1984, the head of our school participated in a delegation organized by the region to visit Wuxi, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and other places. After returning, the school management meeting was held in time to report on the visit and learning experience. Shortly after the meeting, the school set up a second classroom leadership group to organize the whole school to carry out the second classroom work.
