对甲基 苯基 四氢吡啶 (MPTP)制成的帕金森病 (PD)模型恒河猴脑行MRI检查 ,T2 WI显示 :注入侧中脑黑质面积减小 ,内有局灶性高信号。对PD模型恒河猴脑组织切片行酪氨酸羟化酶免疫组化方法检查 ,证实注药侧中脑多巴胺能神经元明显减少 ;行Grino染色显示注药侧黑质区有大量胶质细胞增生。实验结果表明MRI可作为评价MPTP建立恒河猴PD模型的手段
Methylphenyltetrahydropyridine (MPTP) model of Parkinson’s disease (PD) in rhesus monkey brain MRI examination, T2 WI showed: injection of midbrain substantia nigra reduced the area, there are focal high signal . Tyrosine hydroxylase immunohistochemistry was performed on brain sections of rhesus monkeys exposed to PD model. The results showed that dopaminergic neurons in medulla oblongata decreased significantly. Grino staining showed that a large number of glial cells Hyperplasia. The experimental results show that MRI can be used as a means to evaluate MPTP to establish rhesus PD model
