研究了飞机用硬膜脱水防锈剂中的主要成分——脱水剂 ,合成了一种高效脱水添加剂有机膦胺化合物 W13。试验结果表明 ,W13与助溶剂正丁醇相互作用能极大提高防锈剂配方的脱水性能 ,以 W13和正丁醇作为主要脱水组分的配方 ,其脱水性能达到了美军标 MIL- C- 850 54B(AS)的要求。
The main component of dehydrating and anti-rusting agent for aircraft was dewatering agent, and a highly efficient dehydration additive, organic phosphine amine compound W13 was synthesized. The experimental results show that the interaction between W13 and n-butanol can greatly improve the dehydration performance of the antirust formulation. The dewaterability of W13 and n-butanol as main dehydration components has reached the standard of MIL-C-850 54B (AS) requirements.
