机关文化作为一种精神载体,包含着机关事业单位在多年的工作过程中所凝练的工作作风、价值追求、精神信仰以及制度内涵等多元要素,可以说机关文化从内在决定着工作实践的表现与结果,也反映出工作人员精神风貌和机关作风建设的实际情况。良好的机关文化对于单位和个人发展都有着很大的影响和积极的推动作用。面对新形势、新任务、新全媒,本人试就个人对创建机关文化进行一些初步探讨。
