一、铜在人体中的分布和存在状态铜是生命必需的微量元素,参与人体内许多重要的代谢过程和生理作用,一般成人体内含铜1.4~2.1mg/kg体重,幼儿含铜量是成人的三倍,因为他们的代谢过程需铜量比成人更大。人体各组织的正常代谢都需要铜,其中有的组织需铜量较大,各组织及体液的含铜量就反映了这种情况(见表1)。由表1可见,肝,脑、心脏含铜量较高;其次是胃、肠,内分泌腺、脾、肌肉;其余含铜较少。肝可能是体内铜的贮存器官。而胆囊和胆汁是过量铜排
