患者曹××男27岁已婚工人。于3个月前在打篮球时,右眼被人用手击伤,随即感视力障碍、剧烈胀痛。曾诊断为右眼外伤性球内出血、继发性青光眼,在外院经40多天保守治疗好转出院。10多天前因右眼疼痛加剧,前房积血增多,于6月28日在某院行前房穿刺,术后右眼仍疼痛,伴剧烈头痛、恶心呕吐,于1982年6月30日来我院求治,要求行眼球摘出。门诊诊断为右眼外伤性球内出血、角膜血染、继发性青光眼,收住院治疗。既往因慢性扁桃腺炎,1979年在某县医院行扁桃腺摘出术,术后发生大出血,经输血约3000ml才止血,后经血液学检查,确诊为血友病丙。否认父母有血友病病史。体检:T37℃,P72次/分,R18次/分,B.
