利用同位素稀释和内标法相结合,建立了火花源质谱定量测定煤和灰中36种微量元素的分析方法。对通常使用的内标公式进行了扩展,使其更为普遍适用。本文给出了由西煤样中36种微量元素的分析数据,单次测量均方差为±8-28%。
By means of the combination of isotope dilution and internal standard method, a method for the quantitative determination of 36 trace elements in coal and ash by spark source mass spectrometry was established. The commonly used internal standard formula has been expanded to make it more universal. In this paper, the analytical data of 36 trace elements in western coal samples are given. The mean square error of single measurement is ± 8-28%.
