为研究路用降温涂层的路用性能,优选多种性能优良的降温功能性材料及降温涂层辅助材料,制备4种路用降温涂层材料,测试路用降温涂层的降温性能,系统分析路用降温涂层的耐温变性能、耐磨性能和抗滑性能。结果表明:不同类型路用降温涂层能够降低沥青路面温度5℃以上,最高可达9℃;不同类型路用降温涂层耐温变性能良好;降温功能性材料的加入大幅度提高了路用降温涂层的耐磨性能,WHB降温涂层的耐磨性能最优;在撒布抗滑粒料后,洒水条件下涂刷路用降温涂层试件的摆值均可达到45以上,满足路用抗滑性能要求。
In order to study the road performance of the road cooling coating, a variety of excellent cooling functional materials and cooling coating auxiliary materials are preferred. Four kinds of road cooling coating materials are prepared to test the cooling performance of the road cooling coating. Analysis of road cooling coating temperature resistance, wear resistance and skid resistance. The results show that different types of road coatings can reduce the asphalt pavement temperature above 5 ℃ and up to 9 ℃; different types of road cooling coatings have good temperature resistance and deformation resistance; WHB cooling coating has the best wear-resistance; when the anti-skid pellets are sprinkled, the temperature of the coating can be more than 45% Skid resistant performance requirements.
