零件表而粗糙度的高低,直接影响其使用性能和工作特性。由于表面粗糙度和表面光洁度在概念、代(符)号上不同,因此给不熟悉表面粗糙度的同志在设计使用时造成困难,现就选用方法简介如下。 1.表面粗糙度高度参数的选用表面粗糙度参数主要指高度特性评定参数,可从下列三项中选取一项或二项: 轮廓算术平均偏差—Ra 微观不平度十点高度—Rz 轮廓最大高度—Ry 在常用参数范围内(Ra为0.025μm~6.3μm,Rz为0.1μm~25μm),推荐优先选用Ra值,以便于测量。 (1) 轮廓算术平均偏差Ra 轮廓算术平均偏差是指在取样长度内轮廓偏距绝对值的算术平均值,其参数值见表1。选用时,应优先选用第一系列参数值。
