近日,泰州市总工会组织人员,对数十家民营企业进行了调研,发现部分民营企业不同程度存在“招工难、培训难、留人难”即“三难”现象。泰州现有民营企业4.3万多户,“三难”现象已成为制约不少民企扩大再生产和转型升级的瓶颈。为此,市总提出如下应对之策。一是督促企业依法用工,着力解决民企招工难。
Recently, Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions organized personnel to do research on dozens of private-owned enterprises and found that some private-owned enterprises have different degrees of difficulty in recruiting workers, training hard and keeping others hard, that is, the phenomenon of “three difficulties”. There are more than 43,000 private-owned enterprises in Taizhou. The phenomenon of “three difficulties” has become a bottleneck restricting the expansion of reproduction and transformation and upgrading of many private enterprises. To this end, the city proposed the following countermeasures. First, urge enterprises to work in accordance with the law, efforts to solve the difficult recruitment of private enterprises.
