本文研究了x值在0.0040~0.0065范围内、掺杂CuO的(V(1-x)Crx)O3基PTCR陶瓷的组成、显微结构对性能的影响.结果表明:随x值增大,(V(1-x)Crx)O3的c/α结晶轴比增大,居里点下降、PTC倍率α(ρ(max)/ρ(min))增大、α与c/a之间存在α=660c/α-1866的线性关系,其阻温特性存在明显的热滞现象.部分CuO还原为Cu弥散在材料基体中;可降低室温电阻率.初步探索了导致这些现象产生的微观机制.
In this paper, the composition and microstructure of (V (1-x) Crx) O3-based PTCR ceramics with CuO doped in the range of 0.0040 ~ 0.0065 were studied. The results show that as the x value increases, the c / α crystallographic axis ratio of (V (1-x) Crx) O3 increases, the Curie point decreases and the PTC magnification ratio α (ρ max / ρ min) increases , There is a linear relationship between α and c / a of α = 660c / α-1866, and the temperature resistance has obvious thermal hysteresis. Some CuO reduced to Cu dispersed in the matrix material; can reduce the room temperature resistivity. Preliminary exploration of the microscopic mechanisms leading to these phenomena.
