本文从贯彻实施《义务教育法》、普及九年制义务教育出发,详尽地调查了佳木斯市城乡中小学生流失的情况,查找了原因和危害,提出了对策和建议。
Based on the implementation of “Compulsory Education Law” and the popularization of nine-year compulsory education, this paper investigates thoroughly the loss of primary and secondary school students in urban and rural areas in Jiamusi City, finds out the causes and harms and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
