近来被炒得沸沸扬扬的商品房面积计量问题,终于画上了句号。国家质量技术监督局也正式发出了《关于停止执行〈商品房销售面积测量与计算〉和〈商品房销售面积计量监督管理办法〉的通知》。若此,既可减少政府部门之间矛盾扯皮带来的麻烦,从而提高行政效率,又让群众看到了体察民情、纠正弊端的行动,增强对政府的信心。

The State Quality and Technical Supervision also formally issued the Circular on the Cessation of the Implementation of Measures for the Measurement and Calculation of the Sale Space of Commercial Properties and Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Measurement of the Sale Space of Commercial Houses. If this is the case, it will reduce the troubles caused by contradictions among government departments, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency. At the same time, it will enable the people to see their behavior of ascertaining their feelings and rectifying their abuses and enhancing their confidence in the government.
