机关工作组下基层检查指导工作,职责是检查督导、帮助基层纠正工作中的偏差,为基层排忧解难。但个别工作组到基层后不是把主要心思用在指导基层建设上,而是把基层当成休闲娱乐的“乐园”,大吃大喝者有之,游山玩水者有之,打牌者有之……如此等等,好不自在。然而,一旦基层单位招待不周,个别机关的同志就戴上“有色眼镜”挑毛病,为难基层。如此一来,个别基层单位只好投其所好,硬着头皮在接待上做文章,既耗费了精力,又花费了财力,还庸俗了关系。
The working group of the organs under the grassroots inspection and guidance work is to inspect and supervise the grassroots work units to help them correct their work deviations and solve problems at the grassroots level. However, when individual working groups are at the grassroots level, they do not mainly use their main ideas to guide the grassroots construction. However, once the grass-roots units have poor reception, the comrades of some organs wear the “colored glasses” to pick the root problems and embarrass the grass roots. As a result, some grass-roots units had to give their own place and bite the bullet to make a fuss over the reception, which took both energy and money and vulgar relations.
