采用差压铸造工艺方法制备了汽车轮毂用高强轻合金Mg-7Al-3Sn-1Zn-0.5Sc,并进行了显微组织金相OM及SEM观察、XRD分析、力学性能测试。结果表明,与常规铸造相比,差压铸造制备的该合金组织较细小,无明显的缩松、缩孔、孔洞、裂纹等铸造缺陷;合金由α-Mg基体以及少量的Mg17Al12、Mg2Sn相组成;室温抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达518、436MPa和23.8%,断口为韧性断裂。
The high-strength light alloy Mg-7Al-3Sn-1Zn-0.5Sc for automobile wheel hub was prepared by differential pressure casting process. OM, SEM and XRD were used to test the mechanical properties of the automobile wheel hub. The results show that compared with conventional casting, the alloy prepared by differential pressure die casting has the advantages of small microstructure and no obvious casting defects such as shrinkage, shrinkage, holes and cracks. The alloy consists of α-Mg matrix and a small amount of Mg17Al12 and Mg2Sn phases ; Room temperature tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of 518,436MPa and 23.8%, respectively, the fracture toughness fracture.
