TA1/AA5052压印接头力学性能研究与断口分析

采用压印连接技术制备了TA1-AA5052(钛—铝)和AA5052-TA1(铝—钛)压印接头,对两种接头进行了拉伸—剪切试验。观察了压印接头的截面结构特征并对比分析了这两种压印接头静力学性能,对接头失效部位进行了断口分析。结果表明:铝—钛接头失效载荷约1112.68N,而钛—铝接头失效载荷约为铝—钛接头的2.79倍,接头静态失效模式为颈部断裂失效;铝—钛和钛—铝接头断口形貌均为韧性断裂韧窝状断口形貌,但钛—铝接头的吸收能量值大、断裂抗力较强。 TA1-AA5052 (titanium-aluminum) and AA5052-TA1 (aluminum-titanium) embossed joints were prepared by embossing technique. The tensile and shear tests of the two joints were carried out. The cross-sectional structural features of the embossed joints were observed and the static mechanical properties of the two embossed joints were compared and analyzed. The results show that the failure load of aluminum-titanium joint is about 1112.68N, while the failure load of titanium-aluminum joint is about 2.79 times that of aluminum-titanium joint. The static failure mode of joint is failure of neck fracture. The appearances are ductile fracture dimple fracture appearance, but titanium-aluminum joint absorption energy value, strong fracture resistance.
