针对66所网络教育学院办学模式的现状和存在的问题,根据办学模式的内涵,提出了现行网络教育学院办学模式具有国办性、自治性、合作性、多重性和效益性的特征。按照不同观察角度,提出了网络教育学院办学模式的分类,从效益性角度,分为学校独立投资办学型、校企合作投资办学型;从多重性角度,分为学校运行机制为主型、企业公司化运作机制为主型;从合作性角度,分为校校合作办学型、校企合作办学型;从自治性角度,分为网络教育学院主控型、母体学校主控型。笔者进一步分析了两种特例办学模式的状况,从而揭示出在办学模式规划设计和运行过程中值得关注的几个关系,最后提出了办学模式创新的思路。
According to the current situation and existing problems of running mode of 66 online education institutes, according to the connotation of mode of running school, the author put forward that the existing mode of running online education institutes is characterized by state-run, autonomy, cooperation, multiplicity and profitability. According to different perspectives, this paper puts forward the classification of running mode of E-Learning Institute. From the perspective of benefit, it is divided into schools with independent investment, school-enterprise cooperation and investment. In the perspective of multiplicity, it is divided into school operation mechanism, From the perspective of cooperation, it can be divided into the school-running school type and school-enterprise cooperation school type. From the angle of autonomy, it can be divided into the main control type of Cyber Education College and the main school type of parent school. The author further analyzes the status of the two special cases of running a school, revealing several relationships that deserve attention during the planning, design and operation of running a school. Finally, the author puts forward the idea of running a school.
