深圳市当代艺术馆与城市规划展览馆的外表皮钢结构为复杂不规则网壳结构,而对于网壳结构尤其是单层网壳结构稳定性验算已经成为设计中的关键问题。本文结合实际工程,利用通用有限元软件ABAQUS对结构进行了特征值屈曲分析、非线性屈曲稳定性的全过程分析,在这个过程中考虑了几何初始缺陷、荷载工况以及材料非线性对结构稳定性的影响,最后对表皮钢结构优化设计前后稳定性能进行了分析对比,根据分析结果给出结论和建议。
The exterior steel structure of the Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and the Urban Planning Exhibition Center is a complex and irregular reticulated shell structure. However, the verification of the stability of the reticulated shell structure, especially the single-layer reticulated shell structure, has become a key issue in the design. Based on the actual project, the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling stability analysis of the structure are carried out by using the general finite element software ABAQUS. In this process, the geometrical initial defects, load conditions and material nonlinearity are considered to be stable to the structure Finally, the stability of the steel structure before and after the optimization of the design were analyzed and compared, and the conclusions and recommendations were given based on the analysis results.
