目的确定某露天铁矿项目职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场调查和检测检验结果相结合的方法,进行定性定量和职业病危害因素接触水平综合分析评价。结果除采场电铲、牙轮钻、运矿车、推矿机司机粉尘CTWA超限值,破碎、筛分、磁选噪声LEX,W超过85 dB(A)外,其余接尘岗位CTWA、接噪岗位LEX,W和接毒岗位CTWA均在限值内,其超限值率为粉尘17.4%,噪声51.4%。结论该项目采取的控制职业病危害防护措施起到了一定的防护作用,但仍需加强粉尘和噪声的防护措施。
Objective To determine the occupational hazards of an open-pit iron ore project, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and propose the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods The methods of field survey and test results were used to analyze the relationship between qualitative and quantitative factors and occupational hazards. Results In addition to CTWA of dust excavated field, cone drill, transport car and mine driver dust CTWA exceed limit, crushing, screening, magnetic noise LEX, W over 85 dB (A) The LEX, W, and CTWA access points are within the limits, with an overrun rate of 17.4% for dust and 51.4% for noise. Conclusion The protective measures taken to control occupational hazards have played a protective role in this project. However, dust and noise protection measures still need to be strengthened.
