为了将我国齿轮泵从目前压力级为160kgf/cm~2的中高压齿轮泵,发展成200~250kg f/cm~2压力级的高压齿轮泵,以满足各种液压机械的需要,现提出一种新型结构的高压齿轮泵。这是对齿轮泵结构的一次探索,办法是在我国现有材料、工艺水平的条件下,采用结构上的改进从而取得较高的性能。本文简要介绍这种齿轮泵的结构、性能、特点、工作原理以及关键部位的计算。
