一、前言由于內燃机进排气门在高温的氧化腐蚀性气氛中承受反复冲击负荷,因此它是内燃机中耐久性要求很高的零件之一。随着内燃机生产的日益发展和內燃机性能的不断提高,更要求气门在高速、高温等苛刻的工作条件下具有良好的耐久性。特别是最近,内燃机朝着无公害的方向发展,这就更需要气门具有与之相适应的新性能,更好的可靠性和耐久性。本文从内燃机的故障方面,分析气门损坏的原因及防止施措。
I. INTRODUCTION As the internal combustion engine intake and exhaust valves are subjected to repeated impact load in a high-temperature oxidative and corrosive atmosphere, it is one of the components with high durability in internal combustion engines. With the development of internal combustion engine and the continuous improvement of internal combustion engine performance, the valve is required to have good durability under harsh working conditions such as high speed and high temperature. Especially recently, the development of internal combustion engines in a pollution-free manner requires the valves to have new properties, better reliability and durability that are more compatible with them. This paper analyzes the causes of valve damage and measures to prevent it from the failure of internal combustion engine.
