针对辽河油田双南等地区井壁不稳定问题，研制了一种硬脆性泥页岩井壁稳定剂──ＪＨＳ。这是一种含阴、阳、非离子和有机硅等基因的多元共聚物。室内研究结果表明，ＪＨＳ对辽河油田沙河街组硬脆性泥页岩具有很好的稳定性能，其２４ｈ径向膨胀率较稳定剂Ｋ－ＰＡＭ等可降低１０％左右，热滚回收率较Ｋ—ＰＡＭ等约提高１０％以上。
Aiming at the instability of borehole in Shuangnan and other areas of Liaohe Oilfield, a hard-brittle shale borehole stabilizer-JHS was developed. This is a multi-component copolymer containing genes such as anion, cation, nonionic and silicone. The results of laboratory studies show that JHS has good stability to the hard and brittle shale in Shahejie Formation in Liaohe Oilfield, and its 24h radial expansion rate is about 10% lower than that of stabilizer K-PAM. The heat-roll recovery rate is higher than that of K- PAM increased by about 10% or more.
