作者应用图像分析技术,观察了60Coγ射线在两种剂量率条件下体外诱发人胚肺细胞转化的细胞和细胞核形态计量学参数的变化特点,分析了各形态计量学参数与剂量率及照射剂量两个因素间的定量关系。结果说明:人胚肺细胞的面积、等效直径和形状因子及细胞核的面积、周长、等效直径和核浆比等,均随着照射剂量的增加而增大,用线性平方模型(E=a+bD+cD2)描述这种剂量效应关系为最好;上述细胞和细胞核各参数与剂量率和照射剂量间经数学分析处理,除细胞等效直径仅与照射剂量相关外,其余参数均与上述两因素有密切的函数依赖关系,高剂量组的损伤效应明显高于低剂量率组。
