用SHG-Ⅰ型生物化学发光测量仪检测了48例冠心病病人和44例健康人的血清自发化学发光(Scl),电诱导化学发光(Ecl)、鲁米诺诱导化学发光(Lcl)和过氧化氢诱导化学发光(Hcl)。冠心病组4项发光值均显著高于对照组,提示血清超微弱发光分析有助于冠心病的诊断。
Serum spontaneous chemiluminescence (Scl), electrically-induced chemiluminescence (Ecl), luminol-induced chemiluminescence (Lcl) and cytochrome P450 were detected by SHG-Ⅰ bioluminescence spectrophotometer in 48 patients with coronary heart disease and 44 healthy subjects Hydrogen peroxide induces chemiluminescence (Hcl). Coronary heart disease group of four luminous values were significantly higher than the control group, suggesting that serum ultra-weak luminescence analysis contribute to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
