免疫缺陷动物是指先天性遗传突变或人工方法造成免疫系统一种或多种组成成分缺陷的动物。其出现已有近30年的历史,近20年来已广泛应用于医学生物学研究中,成为免疫学、肿瘤学、细胞生物学和遗传学研究的重要工具,受到人们越来越密切的关注。随着免疫缺陷动物实验研究的不断深入,各国学者先后举行六次国际学术讨论会,交流各自的科研成果。今年七月在北京召开的笫六届免疫缺陷动物实验研究国际讨论会,有来自世界10余个国家的150位学者参加,会议交流论文110篇,反应了当前该研究领域的最新进展。本文将综述这方面的主要研究成果。
Immunodeficiency animals are congenital genetic mutations or artificial methods that cause defects in the immune system one or more components of the animal. Its emergence nearly 30 years of history, nearly 20 years has been widely used in medical biology research, as immunology, oncology, cell biology and genetics an important tool for research, by people more and more attention. With the continuous deepening of experimental studies on immunodeficient animals, scholars from various countries held six international symposiums to exchange their scientific achievements. In July this year, the 6th International Symposium on Experimental Animal Immunodeficiency was held in Beijing. Some 150 scholars from more than 10 countries in the world attended the symposium and 110 papers were exchanged at the conference, reflecting the latest progress in the field of this research. This article reviews the major research findings in this area.
