西安市第四建筑工程公司在钢筋混凝土框架体系中采用单柱拉模工艺。其特点是钢筋混凝土柱在混凝土初凝前脱模,依靠混凝土与钢筋的粘聚力,保持其几何尺寸。一、单柱拉模机具构造简单,主要有三部分:1、导架;2、筒模;3、拉升系统。二、滑行速度。根据现场条件、构造外形、室外气温、使用机具、劳力组合等因素选用。如截面尺寸500×600毫米,高3米左右的独立柱仅需40分钟左右即可成形。
Xi’an No. 4 Construction Engineering Company adopts single-column die-pulling process in the reinforced concrete frame system. According to site conditions, structural shape, outdoor temperature, use of equipment, labor force combinations and other factors. If the section size is 500 x 600 mm, an independent column with a height of about 3 meters can be formed in about 40 minutes.
