一、学习型校本教研的缘起学校要发展,必须继续造就一支结构合理、专业精优、爱岗乐业的教师队伍,这是提高教育质量的前提。构建以校为本的教学研究体系,有助于促进教师的专业发展。教师专业发展实际上就是把教育问题的学术研究回置于鲜活的现实之中,使理论研究返回思想的故里。教师在实践中对教学、教育的主动探求,将促进教师主动去学习更多有用的东西,这种有用的东西就是教师工作创新与教师专业发展的重要条件。因此,学习型校本教研就是以校本教研为载体,促进全体教师主动去学习,主动去发展。

Therefore, the study-based school-based teaching and research is based on school-based teaching and research as a vehicle to promote all teachers take the initiative to learn, take the initiative to develop.
