目的:探讨对儿科门诊输液室实施优质护理服务后患者满意度的影响。方法:随机选取我院儿科门诊于2016年1-6月收治的1580例静脉注射的患儿进行分析研究,将全部患儿平均分为实验组和对照组两组各790例,对对照组患儿采取常规护理,对实验组患儿进行优质护理服务。结果:经过优质护理的观察组患儿的治疗效果、治疗配合度及满意程度明显优于对照组,差异明显。结论:对儿科门诊静脉输液病患采取优质护理措施能够有效提高患儿家属的满意度,改善治疗效果,在临床上具有广泛的推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the impact of patient satisfaction on the implementation of quality nursing services in pediatric outpatient infusion room. Methods: A total of 1580 intravenous infants admitted to pediatric clinic in our hospital from January to June of 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 790 cases in each group. The control group Children take routine care, the experimental group of children with quality care services. Results: After treatment, the treatment effect, the degree of cooperation and the degree of satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was significant. Conclusion: Taking good quality nursing measures for pediatric outpatients with intravenous fluids can effectively improve the satisfaction of family members and improve the treatment effect, which has a wide range of clinical value.
