学校管理的最终目的是提高办学质量,促进师生共同成长和学校的可持续发展。可见,一所学校生存与发展离不开管理。但管理也有层次、有境界,可以说有什么样的管理就会有什么样的学校,不同层次和境界的管理对一所学校的生存与发展就会产生不同的影响。
The ultimate goal of school management is to improve the quality of education and promote the common development of teachers and students and the sustainable development of schools. Can be seen that a school can not survive without the management and development. However, management also has a hierarchy and a realm. It can be said that what kind of management will have what kind of schools and different levels and realms of management will have different impacts on the survival and development of a school.
