目的:观察千金子提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用噻唑蓝染色法(MTT),选用人宫颈癌(Hela)细胞和人白血病(K_(562))细胞株,镜下观察细胞生长状况、密度、形态,检测吸光度(A),计算抑瘤率。结果:千金子提取物组瘤细胞明显少于溶剂组,尤其以大剂量组更为突出,边缘见有少许细胞与结晶体,并可见许多细胞残片,与溶剂组比较,组间具有显著性的差异(P<0.05);且抑瘤率与给药剂量呈正相关。结论:千金子提取物对肿瘤细胞Hela、K_(562)在体外有显著的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To observe the antitumor effect of the extract of Qianjin in vitro. Methods: The cell growth, density and morphology of Hela cells and human leukemia (K562) cells were detected by MTT method. The absorbance (A) Tumor rate. Results: Compared with the solvent group, the extract of Heptagoniophilum group was significantly less than that of the solvent group, especially in the high dose group. There were a few cells and crystals in the edge and many cell fragments were seen. Compared with the solvent group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05), and the tumor inhibition rate was positively correlated with the dosage. Conclusion: The extract of Heptaceae has obvious antitumor effects on Hela and K_ (562) cells in vitro.
