目的:比较新老工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法:分别选用新老工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊,采用热板法和扭体法观察新老制剂的镇痛效果。结果:与老工艺相比,新工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊对热刺激所致小鼠疼痛和醋酸诱导小鼠扭体反应的抑制作用更显著(P<0.01)。结论:新工艺镇痛宁胶囊有明显的镇痛作用,优于传统老工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the analgesic effect of Shitongning Capsules produced by old and new techniques on mice. Methods: The new and old technology were selected Shoutongning Capsules, the use of hot plate method and writhing observed new and old preparations of analgesic effect. Results: Compared with the old process, the new production of Tongtongning Capsule on heat-induced mouse pain and acetic acid-induced writhing reaction was more significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The new process of Tongtongning capsule has a significant analgesic effect, superior to the traditional production of traditional Tongtongning capsule.
