节能是当务之急。各行各业都有节能的潜力可挖。在新型建筑材料的发展中,石膏是一种有希望的节能材料。长期以来,为强化水泥熟料煅烧过程,降低能耗,水泥工业应用各种矿化剂。除了那些传统的矿化剂如CaF_2、Na_2SiF_6以外,石膏也是一种节能效果显著的矿化剂。它不仅可降低水泥熟料煅烧温度,而且可促进形成新的相组成,改进水泥性能,为充分利用工业废料和付产品,发展新型材料,提供了一条新途径。
Energy conservation is a top priority. All industries have the potential to save energy. In the development of new building materials, gypsum is a promising energy-saving material. For a long time, in order to strengthen the process of calcining cement clinker and reduce energy consumption, the cement industry has applied various mineralizers. In addition to those traditional mineralizers such as CaF 2 and Na 2 SiF 6 , gypsum is also a mineralizer with significant energy-saving effect. It can not only reduce the calcining temperature of cement clinker, but also promote the formation of new phase composition, improve the performance of cement, and provide a new way for the full use of industrial waste and pay for products and the development of new materials.
