一、中日贸易战概况及中国农产品贸易的形势 2001年4月10日,日本政府不顾中方和日本国内很多人士的反对,强行宣布自4月23日起至11月8日止的200天内,对我国向日本出口的大葱、鲜蘑菇、蔺草席3种农产品对日出口的超过限额(即大葱5383吨,鲜蘑菇8003吨和蔺草席7949吨)部分分别征收256%、266%、106%的关税。针对日方行为,中国政府不得不宣布于6月22日对原产于日本的汽车、手持和车载移动电话、空调开始加征100%的特别关税。一场贸易战就此拉开了帷幕。
I.
