目的:观察运动处方的教学方法对女大学生心肺、肌肉力量与耐力的影响,为大学生科学锻炼提供试验依据,还为教学内容的改革提供理论基础。方法:80名二年级女生,分为实验组及对照组,实验组实施针对性的运动处方教学方法,对照组按照常规的教学方法教学,实验期为8周,实验结束后复测指标与实验前进行对比分析。结果:实验班学生的800m跑、2 000m跑与实验前相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05),仰卧起坐与实验前相比具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组的成绩也有一定提高,但是没有显著性。
Objective: To observe the effects of exercise prescription on heart, lung, muscle strength and stamina of female college students, provide experimental basis for college students’ scientific exercise, and provide theoretical basis for the reform of teaching contents.
