目的:建立灵芝孢子胶囊质量控制方法。方法:采用显微镜鉴别破壁灵芝孢子。采用TLC法鉴别灵芝。利用硫酸-蒽酮显色,采用紫外分光光度法在波长625nm处测定制剂中多糖的含量。结果:显微镜下可明显观察到卵形孢子。TLC色谱可明显鉴别灵芝。灵芝多糖在5.25~31.50μg·ml~(-1)的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8(n=6);平均回收率99.07%,RSD=1.08%。结论:定性、定量方法简单、快捷、可靠、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality control method of Ganoderma lucidum spore capsule. Methods: The microscopic identification of broken Ganoderma lucidum spores. TLC method used to identify Ganoderma lucidum. Using sulfuric acid - anthrone color, UV spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 625nm at the determination of polysaccharide content of the preparation. Results: Oviform spores were clearly observed under the microscope. TLC chromatography can clearly identify Ganoderma lucidum. The linear range of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was 5.25 ~ 31.50μg · ml ~ (-1), r = 0.999 8 (n = 6). The average recovery was 99.07% and RSD was 1.08%. Conclusion: The qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, rapid, reliable and accurate and can be used as the quality control of the preparation.
