探讨了区域生态化评价的基本思路和方法,从生态化水平评价的指标体系、指标权重、生态化指数计算等构建了具有4个一级指标、30个二级指标的区域生态化评价模型。选取2000~2010年江西省及其各设区市生态化发展的相关数据,对江西省生态化总体发展情况进行了分析,对江西省各设区市生态化发展建设情况进行了横向比较。结果表明:2000~2010年间,江西省生态化指数由0.1077上升到0.2861,总体逐年上升呈良好的发展态势。以2010年的数据为基础,通过对江西省11个设区市的生态化发展情况比较分析,总体上南昌市、赣州市、抚州市较好,吉安市、宜春市、鹰潭市相对落后。
The basic idea and method of regional ecological assessment are discussed. The regional ecological evaluation model with four first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators is constructed from the index system, index weight and ecological index calculation of ecological level evaluation. Based on the data of ecological development in Jiangxi Province and its sub-districts and cities from 2000 to 2010, this paper analyzes the overall development of ecologicalization in Jiangxi Province and makes a horizontal comparison of the ecological development and construction of each sub-district in Jiangxi Province. The results showed that from 2000 to 2010, the ecological index of Jiangxi Province increased from 0.1077 to 0.2861, showing an overall good trend of development year by year. Based on the data from 2010, through comparative analysis of the ecological development in 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi Province, Nanchang, Ganzhou and Fuzhou are generally good, while Ji’an, Yichun and Yingtan are relatively backward.
