根据《数学新课改》指导思想,要改变过去的传统教学方法,教师不仅要传授学生课本上的知识,还要培养学生良好的人格,向上的精神,良好的品德。教育事业改革至今,取得了很大的成效,笔者从事小学数学教育多年,作为一名小学数学教师不应该只是传授知识和方法,更重要的是要担负起学生人格教育的任务。“要使学生成为真正有素养对社会有用的人才,必须具备三种品质:渊博的知识、良好的思维习惯和高尚的情操。”数学是拥有纯粹理性与完美严谨形式相结合,一种真善美的学科。数学教学可以使学生得到优化,促进小学生美德的形成。因此,我们应注重人格培养与数学教育的和谐统一,使数学教育与文化素养相结合,使小学生素质得到全方面的发展。
