如今青少年的体质偏弱已经是不争的事实,近年屡屡传来大学生参加长跑时猝死的新闻,大学生体质差的苦果在中学时代就已经种下。中学生在家庭的宠爱之下养尊处优,或者看重学习成绩而疏于锻炼身体,在宝贵的成长发育阶段,没有给自己的身体打下健康的基础。体育本来也是教育不可或缺的内容,却被偏废了。东亚病夫的时代是因为客观条件的限制,如今生活水平提高了,体育设施改善了,我们为何要忽视锻炼身体呢?为了每个人的健康和未来,要让中学校园的体育课重新活跃起来。
It is an indisputable fact that young people are in a weaker constitution. In recent years, students often report sudden death when they participate in long-distance running. The poor quality of college students has been planted in middle school. Middle school students are pampered by their family’s favor, or they neglect to exercise hard by paying attention to academic performance. In the precious period of growth and development, they did not lay a healthy foundation for their own body. Sports have always been an indispensable part of education, but they have been neglected. The age of the sick man in East Asia is due to the objective conditions. Nowadays, the standard of living has been raised. Physical facilities have been improved. Why do we neglect to exercise? For everyone’s health and future, we must revitalize the physical education curriculum in the middle school.
